Compatibility View Settings for Internet Explorer

Overview

If you have activated compatibility view, M-Pathways may not function as expected. If you would prefer to keep compatibility view in Internet Explorer, use an alternate browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) to access M-Pathways.

Turn Off Compatibility View

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools.

    3. Note: If Tools is not visible, press Alt to display the Menu bar.

  3. Click Compatibility View settings.
  4. Click umich.edu.

  5. Click Remove.
  6. Un-check the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View box.

    7. Note: Verify that all checkboxes are un-checked.

  7. Click Close.
  8. Close all instances of Internet Explorer.
  9. Re-open Internet Explorer.
