Additional Pay Page
The Additional Pay page of the Manager Desktop summarizes payments that an employee receives that are not part of his or her base pay.
- Earnings Code identifies the type of additional payment made.
- Amount is the amount of additional pay paid per pay period while the additional pay is in effect.
- Effective Date the date on which the additional pay first becomes effective. Typically, this date corresponds with the beginning of a pay period.
- End Date is the date on which the additional pay ends. This date typically corresponds with the last day of a pay period.
